If the transaction on the indiagold app failed and your Debit Card or UPI was still charged, the money should be automatically reversed and sent to your bank account. Each mode of payment, however, has a different time frame for refunds which we have provided below.
For UPI, the average refund time is 2-7 days.
For Debit Cards, the average refund time is 5-10 days.
