Once the disbursal target is met, incentives are calculated based on AUM achieved.
The AUM is divided into the following slabs for incentive calculation:
₹0–10 Lakhs → 0.4%
₹10–25 Lakhs → 0.5%
Above ₹25 Lakhs → 0.6%
