You can check the status of your income transfer to the bank in the "My Transfers" section of the app. It can take up to 5 hours for a bank transfer to complete. In case the status of your bank transfer is pending, please wait for a couple of hours for the amount to reach your bank account.
If you still haven't received the money in your bank account after 5 hours, please raise a ticket in the app's help section by clicking on the 'Contact Us' button or email us at [email protected].
In case of failure of the transfer, please follow the following steps to retry the transfer:
- Open the indiagold app
- Go to the Earn money online section from the hamburger menu
- Click on the respective transaction and try money transfer again. Please check the bank details entered correctly. You could also try entering a different bank account if the problem persists with the bank details entered. It is possible that there are issues at your bank's end.
