You can check the status of your income transfer to the bank in the "My Transfers" section of the app. It can take up to 5 hours for a bank transfer to complete. In case the status of your bank transfer is pending, please wait for a couple of hours for the amount to reach your bank account.


If you still haven't received the money in your bank account after 5 hours, please raise a ticket in the app's help section by clicking on the 'Contact Us' button or email us at [email protected].


In case of failure of the transfer, please follow the following steps to retry the transfer:

  1.  Open the indiagold app
  2.  Go to the Earn money online section from the hamburger menu
  3.  Click on the respective transaction and try money transfer again. Please check the bank details entered correctly. You could also try entering a different bank account if the problem persists with the bank details entered. It is possible that there are issues at your bank's end.
